JK’s is our family’s hard apple cider, and every drop tells our story. Our apples are grown right here on our all-organic farm in Flushing, Michigan, where we let nature do the work, using a roaming flock of guinea fowl and heritage pigs instead of chemical sprays. Once harvested, we let the fresh juice slowly ferment with wild yeast for up to six months before it's carefully bottled and canned right here on the farm. In a world full of mass-produced drinks made from cheap overseas concentrates, we refuse to cut corners. With only two ingredients, pure organic juice and yeast, JK’s is a completely real, unapologetically old-school craft cider made the way it was always meant to be.
