Winterruption
As the sun arcs low in the mid-day sky, this yearʼs harvest is slowly fermenting in its winter slumber. Everyone here at the Orchard enjoys a few halcyon days to remember the hard work in the last yearʼs harvest. We look forward to next yearʼs crop of apples. To warm ourselves in the cold northern solstice we enjoy our winter cider. Lightly spiced with ethically traded cinnamon, vanilla and maple syrup. Please enjoy a cider with someone you love and perhaps someone you donʼt. Please mend a bridge, extend a hand and be good to one another. Whoever you are, whatever you do, recognize we are all the same. So hoist a wee glass of cider to your fellow man and look ahead to a wonderful future with a renewed sense of gratitude and optimism!
